Returns Policy

Original Art Trading – Soruka will accept returns of its products. But we much rather prefer our customers making the right product choice in the first place. The return process involves a hard procedure that harms our main goal: to take care of the planet.

But of course, if you are not happy with the purchase, you can return it within 30 days after the receipt of goods.

You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the bags & wallets in perfect conditions.

You’ll get the refund of your money within 14 days after the product has returned to our warehouse. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.

Please be aware that it can take up to 5 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method.

How to apply for a return:

ALWAYS add your name and order number to the parcel before returning it.

You don’t need a special return label for this. Please be informed that we do not cover return shipping costs so you will have to bear the direct expenses of returning the goods. We are still a growing company and cannot afford to offer free return shipping yet.

When making a return from countries outside of the EU (Switzerland, Norway, the UK…) – please attach the original invoice on the outside of your parcel and write “RETURN” so customs can identify it as such and will not tax it on its way back to us again. If this has not been done correctly, the parcel will be declined at the border and returned to you to correct the issue, before re-sending.

In addition, please remember these following criteria must be met:

– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.

– No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s direct SORUKA-branded packaging.

Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria, risk being refused. We reserve the right to deduct handling fees in the case of missing labels or dirty/damaged items or packaging. Please make sure to package it properly.
